Carrier Setup

Interested in joining our team?

First things first. Graybeard Transport Solutions requires new carriers to have at least 6 months as an active MC Number before being considered as an addition to our carrier network.

It only takes a few minutes to complete our setup process. Below you can find a copy of our Broker Carrier Agreement. Please read over the agreement and make sure to complete it entirely. This includes filling out the “Forms of Payment” page, so we know where to send payment for your services, initialing the bottom right of each page to acknowledge the terms of the agreement, and providing a signature and date on the last page.

Along with the completed agreement, we need a copy of your company’s W9, Authority, and a current
and up to date Certificate of Insurance. You will need a minimum of $100,000 coverage in Cargo Legal,
and a minimum of $1,000,000 coverage in Automotive Liability. We will also need to listed as certificate holder. Please use the following address when having us added as certificate holder:

In summary, to be set up in our database as a carrier we need a total of four items.
  • Completed Broker Carrier Agreement
  • Completed W9 Form
  • A copy of your Operating Authority
  • Certificate of Insurance with Graybeard listed as certificate holder

If your company uses a factoring company for funding, please also make sure to send us the Notice of Assignment to ensure payment for your services is going to the correct place.

Our standard payment terms are Net 30. The 30-day payment cycle begins once you deliver the load, send us a signed rate confirmation, proof of delivery, and an invoice that reflects the negotiated rate. Failure to send in all of your paperwork could result in a delay getting paid.

We also offer quick pay in the form of an overnight ACH payment. There is a 5% fee for this payment method. Once you have completed the load and send us the required paperwork, we set up an ACH payment immediately. You will have access to your funds the following business day. Please note that this payment method requires you to provide your bank information (i.e. a voided check).

After you have collected and completed all the required paperwork. Please send an email to with all the required documents as an attachment. You will receive a response confirming that you are in our database and can start moving freight right away!
